PAYMENT POLICY

To confirm your booking with Original Ecuador, we require a 20% deposit when you make your reservation.

The remaining 80% balance must be paid in full no later than 2 months before your tripe date. 

Any flight costs must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your seats. 

Payments should be made in US dollars via deposit or wire transfer to our bank account. Bank account details will be provided on your invoice.

We also accept credit card payments, though additional charges may apply to the final cost of the tour. 

 

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your trip, we reserve the right to charge the following fees:

A)          A non-refundable deposit of 10%

B)          If cancellation occurs 30 - 15 days before the trip, we charge 50% of the total price.

C)          If cancellation is made 14 days or less before the trip, we charge 100% of the total price. 

D)          Special conditions apply for Galapagos & Amazon programs, see below for details.

E)           All flights payments are non-refundable.

 

GALAPAGOS CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your Galapagos land trip, we reserve the right to charge the following:

A)          A non-refundable deposit of 20%

B)          If cancellation occurs 90 - 61 days before the trip, we charge 50% of the total price.

C)          If cancellation is made 60 days or less before the trip, we charge 100% of the total price. 

D)          Special conditions apply for Galapagos cruises, please check with your Destination Expert.

E)           All flights payments are non-refundable.

 

AMAZON CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your Amazon trip, we reserve the right to charge the following:

A)          A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person. 

B)          If cancellation occurs 60 days or less before the trip, we charge 100% of the total price.

C)          All flights payments are non-refundable.
