PAYMENT POLICY

To confirm your services with Original Ecuador we need to receive a 30% deposit at the moment you make your reservation.

Final payment of the remaining 70% needs to be made in full no later than 6 weeks before your trip date.

Any flight costs need to be paid in full at the moment of booking to guarantee seats.

Payment needs to be made in US dollars, in the form of a deposit or wire transfer made into our bank account in the USA. The details of our bank account will be found on your invoice.

We also offer the option of paying through We Travel by credit card. We Travel charges may apply to the final cost of the tour (between 4%-5% + US$0.30 per transaction)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the trip is cancelled we reserve the right to charge:

A)          A 10% non-refundable deposit.

B)          30 – 15 days before trip we charge 50% of price.

C)          14 days or less we charge 100% of price.

D)          For Galapagos & Amazon programs, special conditions apply, please confirm with your destination expert.

E)           Please note all flight payments are non-refundable.
