This full day cloud forest adventure includes a fun zip-lining canopy activity in one of Ecuador’s biodiversity hot spots, along with wildlife spotting, finishing off the day with a artisanal chocolate elaboration workshop.

Itinerary
Your private naturalist guide will pick you up from your Quito hotel this morning to begin the scenic journey down the outer slopes of the Andes and into Ecuador’s lush cloud forest region, a biodiversity hot-spot.
En route to Mindo we visit the mesmerizing Alambi hummingbird garden and enjoy a short walk along the banks of the pristine river.
On arrival in the little town of Mindo take part in the exhilarating canopy activity at the local zip lining centre, where there are 10 different zip lines ranging from 20m to 400m, taking you on a thrilling ride over the canopy of the beautiful cloud forest.
Lunch (not included) can be enjoyed in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon we visit the butterfly farm and enjoy a chocolate workshop tour at a local café where we learn about the elaboration of chocolate and get a chance to sample the end product.
